1. Data Collected

The Coverflex Export extension reads financial transaction data (movements) from your Coverflex account while you are signed in at my.coverflex.com. This data includes:

• Transaction dates
• Movement descriptions
• Amounts
• Balances
• Wallet type (Meal/Benefits)

2. How the Data Is Processed

All processing happens locally in your browser. The extension:

• Reads data already visible on the Coverflex page
• Processes it locally to generate CSV or PDF files
• Does not transmit data to external servers
• Does not store data permanently

3. Purpose

The extension allows you to export your transaction history for:

• Personal record-keeping and accounting
• Integration with other financial tools
• Personal analysis and reporting

4. Technical Data (PDFs)

Generated PDF files may include compressed technical metadata (JSON) in the "Keywords" field to support optional integrations. This data stays on your device.

5. Data Sharing

No data is shared with third parties. All information remains under your control.

6. Security

Since no data is transmitted to external servers, there is no risk of interception in transit. Communication with Coverflex uses HTTPS.

7. Tracking and Analytics

The extension does not collect tracking data, analytics, or unique identifiers.

8. User Rights

CSV/PDF files are downloaded to your computer and remain under your full control. You may delete, modify, or share them as you wish.
